Visitor Centers

Santa Barbara’s Visitor Centers are your go-to resource to maximize your time here. The knowledgeable staff is available to answer questions, provide area maps and directions, and give you up-to-date information regarding hours of operation for Santa Barbara’s activities. From attractions to museums, bike rentals, current events, guided tours, and dining options, the Santa Barbara Visitor Center is the place to find the information you’re looking for.

Additionally, it’s an excellent source for information on Amtrak schedules, the MTD bus schedule, and weather forecasts. Looking for a place to stay? Visitor Center staff are happy to help with hotel availability and pricing options that fit your needs and budget. This is also an excellent place to book a wine tour, sunset cruise, whale-watching excursion, trip to the Channel Islands, or other SB activity.

Pick up a free copy of the Santa Barbara Visitors Magazine — which is chock full of information and insight — and includes free maps, brochures, and guides to make the most of your visit. You’re sure to leave the Visitor Center with plenty of travel insight from Santa Barbara’s travel ambassadors.
