Wednesdays from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm and Saturday from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm
The Nature Nurturer Projects include:
- Explorer Binoculars – Any seasoned explorer knows that binoculars are an excellent way to observe nature, so make your own with cardboard tubes, beads, and other recycled materials!
- Field Notebooks – Using cardboard, recycled paper, and creative reuse decorations, you can create your very own scientific field notebook, perfect for any nature walk.
- Litter Bugs – They’ve got crazy crawlers in the Makerspace, so make your own litter bug with recycled materials that create new critters and keep scraps out of our landfills.
Please note the workshop is upstairs and uses hot glue guns. Adults must remain in the EE Makerspace with their child.
