Their exceptional menu features options including opal’s roasted tomato lobster bisque, duck confit and Portobello mushroom ravioli, slow roasted short ribs on a chipotle honey adobo sauce, paella, seared fresh sea scallops and lemon butter grilled fresh lobster.
