In honor of Valentine’s Day, Shannon Stone will be offering Yin & Meditation around Metta: A Loving Kindness practice. Together let’s cultivate kindness towards ourselves & others!
All are welcome to join this 1-hour grounding, centering, & mindful offering. The class will begin with a moving, breathing meditation (Asana & Pranayama practice) to circulate your Qi, then you’ll ground down & explore sensations in the body by holding a few seated Yin shapes, before resting in Savasana.
Come unwind from your day & practice connecting your mind & body on a deep, meditative level.
Santa Barbara Beach Yoga’s signature headphones will be provided. Limited amount of blocks & straps will be available as well.
Recommended to dress in layers & bring your water bottle. Recommended Props: Blanket, Blocks, Strap, & Bolster/Large Pillow
