Step into the most immersive dining experience with a Spanish omakase–inspired evening where creativity, seasonality and surprise take center stage. Chef Cristian Granada presents a four-course tasting menu built around the best ingredients available at the market, elevated through Spanish technique and served as a series of delicious surprises. With no advance menu revealed, each course invites diners to discover something new while enjoying a front-row seat to the rhythm, precision and romance of the kitchen.

This limited series takes place every Thursday through April 16 with two seatings available at 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Dietary restrictions and allergies can be accommodated with at least 48 hours’ notice.
