The puppets are coming! The Santa Barbara International PuppetPalooza is a four-day family-centric event (with plenty of night time fun for adults, too!) that includes two park celebrations and over twenty performances and events at venues throughout Santa Barbara.

World of Pinot Noir

The annual World of Pinot Noir event gathers the planet’s foremost Pinot Noir wineries and winemakers, renowned chefs, sommeliers and leading wine scholars together for a weekend-long seaside celebrate of this delicious and storied wine.

73rd Annual Santa Barbara International Orchid Show

Thousands of blooms in every imaginable shape, color, pattern and texture, will be showcased at the show, one of the country’s largest and oldest celebration of orchids. The three-day Orchid Show highlights bold and beautiful horticultural innovations and feats of evolution represented by more than 50 orchid exhibitors and vendors from around the world.

Santa Barbara Jewish Film Festival

The highly acclaimed Santa Barbara Jewish Film Festival will once again bring the community together to experience the power of exceptional films from around the world on themes of Jewish culture and identity. Organized by the Jewish Federation of Greater Santa Barbara, this year’s festivall will include five days of high quality, unique films and showcase a wide range of documentaries, dramas, comedies, and shorts by American, European, and Israeli filmmakers.

Founding Day Festival

Commemorate 236 years of history at the birthplace of Santa Barbara, El Presidio de Santa Barbara State Historic Park. Celebrate the history of Santa Barbara at the Founding Day Festival with a costumed reenactment of the original Founding Ceremony held in 1782, education activities for the whole family, and local entertainment in the heart of historical downtown Santa Barbara.
