The Bordeaux Varietals of the Happy Canyon AVA

Recently back from Bordeaux, Paradise Springs Winery’s resident Sommelier, Stephen Goularte, presents varietals of Bordeaux they produce and offer.  Take a deep dive into soils, climate, terrior and other  expressions that uniquly define each region. Several wines from Happy Canyon will be presented and some Bordeaux surprises may pop up. Cheese and snacks will also be hosted during this unique presentation.

A portion of the proceeds from this will benefit the Santa Barbara Culinary Experience in partnership with The Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts.
