Part of the 12 Goal series, the Folded Hills Pope Challenge brings two Sundays of competitive play to the Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club, where ocean views and social tradition set the tone for the afternoon. Gates open at 12:00 p.m., inviting guests to settle in with a picnic, explore the grounds, or enjoy food and drinks from the Polo Grill before the day’s main event.
Each match day builds with the Pony Parade, National Anthem, and team introductions, leading up to the 3:30 p.m. ball throw-in. Between chukkers, guests are invited onto the field for the classic divot stomp before play resumes.
General admission tickets start at $35, with premium seating options including luxury cabanas, fieldside tents, and group hospitality packages available for a more elevated experience. The Polo Grill offers a front-row seat to the action with seasonal California cuisine, signature cocktails, local wines, and craft beer, while the Polo Boutique features a curated selection of resort-ready apparel and accessories.
