Experience an evening of rich chamber music and dynamic ensemble performance as Music Academy teaching artists take the stage for a program spanning lyrical Romanticism and bold 20th-century expression. Featuring acclaimed faculty musicians and celebrated guest artists, the concert highlights the artistry and collaboration at the heart of the Festival experience.
The program includes Bramwell Tovey’s Santa Barbara Sonata for brass ensemble, Reynaldo Hahn’s elegant Piano Quintet in F-sharp Minor featuring pianist Jeremy Denk, and Dmitri Shostakovich’s dramatic and emotionally charged Piano Quintet in G Minor, Op. 57 performed by an all-star chamber ensemble led by pianist Conor Hanick.
