For the occasion, they’ll be pouring selections of The Hilt and JONATA from the 2021 vintage, a meaningful reflection of the year they first welcomed guests into the tasting room. In addition, they’ve curated a perfect summer afternoon with freshly shucked oysters and seasonal bites from Clark’s Oyster Bar Montecito, alongside music by Val-Mar Records, spinning an all-vinyl DJ set of ultra groovy, retro tunes.
