Cooking Class: How the Sausage is Made

Get an inside look at the craft of sausage making with the team from Motley Crew Ranch, a regenerative livestock ranch in the Santa Rita Hills. In this hands-on class, you’ll prepare three different styles of sausage from start to finish, learning techniques for seasoning, grinding, stuffing, and cooking. Along the way, you’ll learn about Motley Crew’s humane ranching practices and the health and environmental benefits of sourcing meat locally.

To ward off the meat sweats, we’ll also prepare a few light side dishes to enjoy for a full meal at the end of class.
