If it’s Tuesday night, somebody is about to walk into The House of Beau, grab a mic and completely surprise the room. That’s the whole point.
Open Mic Night at Beau isn’t polished or predictable. You might hear a killer singer, a songwriter trying something brand new, a guitarist who just wandered in, a poet, a comedian or musicians who met 10 minutes ago jumping onstage together. Some nights get a little weird. Those are usually the best ones.
Come perform, come listen, grab a drink and see what happens. Musicians are encouraged to bring an instrument because you never know who you might end up playing with.
Musicians interested in performing are encouraged to contact The House of Beau in advance. Performances should be suitable for a general audience and fit Beau’s welcoming and respectful atmosphere.
No RSVP is required, although guests may reserve a preferred seat in advance. Open Mic Night begins around 7 p.m. every Tuesday, excluding special event nights.
