Explore the power of intention and embodiment during a Kundalini-based energetic practice led by Tal Rabinowitz at The Sacred Space in Summerland, just a short drive from Santa Barbara.
Designed to help participants release expectations, obligations and inherited beliefs, this class focuses on creating a vision for 2027 that goes beyond traditional goal-setting. Through movement, reflection and energetic practices, participants will connect with what inspires them, explore the version of themselves capable of bringing that vision to life and identify one grounded action to begin moving forward.
Tal Rabinowitz is the founder and former CEO of DEN Meditation in Los Angeles and host of the DENtalks Podcast. A certified Kundalini yoga teacher, she brings experience in meditation, personal development and entertainment, including nearly 20 years in the industry and a former role as Executive Vice President of Comedy Development at NBC.
No prior experience is necessary. Participants should wear comfortable layers and arrive by 9:15 a.m. for the 9:30 a.m. class. Mats and pillows are provided. Parking is available on Greenwell Avenue near Lillie Avenue. Space is limited to 10 guests. Ages 21 and older only.
