Experience deep relaxation and renewal during an immersive sound bath led by Brandon Kaysen at The Sacred Space in Summerland, just a short drive from Santa Barbara.
Drawing on the ancient practice of sound healing, this meditative experience uses soothing sounds and vibrations to encourage relaxation, restore balance and promote a sense of well-being. Sound has been used for thousands of years across cultures as a therapeutic practice and a way to foster connection and community.
Following the session, guests are invited to unwind and enjoy the peaceful beauty of The Sacred Space’s gardens.
No experience is necessary. Mats, blankets and hot tea are provided. Guests should wear comfortable clothing and arrive at least 10 minutes early. Admission is $65 per person, and space is limited to 10 participants.
