Well-Equipped Units
All Casa De La Vina studios are brand-new and are equipped with kitchenettes, including microwaves, mini-fridges, and high-end Nespresso coffee machines. For added convenience, the two-bedroom apartments sleep 6 guests and feature fully equipped kitchens, balconies, or private patios, and in-unit washers/dryers exclusively for guest use.

Immerse yourself in entertainment with brand-new Sony 55″ Smart TVs in each unit, allowing seamless streaming or device casting from popular platforms using guests’ personal accounts. High-speed internet with unit-dedicated networks ensures uninterrupted streaming and supports online work. Built-in Samsung ceiling cassettes allow the easy control of both heating and cooling in individual units.
Convenient Parking
Our private parking lot offers first-come, first-served spots. 16 parking spots are available for guest use in the covered or uncovered parking lots. 5 Tesla electric vehicle chargers are available in both lots and require logging into the Tesla pay app. Free street parking is also available for guests with multiple cars.

Arrive at your convenience with our state-of-the-art door lock system. A custom PIN code provides easy and fast access to your reserved room. Better yet, use our newest technology and unlock your room with a simple text message. Detailed information about your unit and local suggestions are provided upfront, eliminating the hassle of check-in lines or late-night small-talk at a hotel reception.
Child-friendly Amenities
All studios and apartments allow the space for pack-n-plays for infants and toddlers so no need to bring your own. Baby amenities, including high chairs and toddler utensils, are available upon request, but are dependent on availability.
Pet-Friendly
Don’t leave your furry friend behind! Casa De La Vina welcomes one pet per studio, or two pets per apartment, as long as they’re not left unattended. Please be mindful of other guests during your stay. A small pet fee per stay applies to all pets, excluding ESAs and service animals. Your pet will enjoy our chilled and filtered doggie water fountain located next to the ice-making machine in the covered parking area.
