Grilling over the Coast Live Red Oak for more than 40 years, Frank Ostini has brought “Santa Maria Style BBQ” to its peak of perfection from steak, ribs, chops to seafood. It’s a style of regional cooking going back to the days of the Spanish Rancheros.
