Our specialty is infrared-heated vinyasa flow (90–100°), using radiant heat to support deep muscle release, flexibility, detoxification, and nervous system reset.
Our Classes
Infrared Heated Vinyasa Flow (90–100°)
We offer 2 versions of flow classes, both with clear, accessible sequencing designed to build strength, mobility, and steady focus in a supportive heated environment. SURGE is faster paced and more dynamic while DEEP is a bit slower and focused on alignment.
Infrared Heated Yoga Sculpt
This high-energy, full-body burn blends our dynamic yoga flow with strength training, cardio bursts, and light weights—with a vibe-y playlist sure to boost endorphins, up your serotonin, and increase your heart-rate. You’ll leave feeling stronger, empowered, and sparkly. Props Include light hand weights and occasional resistance bands.
Infrared Heated Yoga x HIIT
You’ll start with a purposeful yoga warm-up to wake up your body and focus your breath. Then, it’s go-time — strength-training moves and cardio bursts that are body-weight only, designed to challenge your muscles and elevate your heart rate. You’ll close the work with a standing flow to reintegrate and realign before dropping down to the floor for a well-earned, full-body reset. You’re in charge of your intensity — but no matter what, you’ll sweat your brains out and leave class feeling unstoppable.
Infrared Heated Mat Pilates
Core-focused, alignment-based training to improve posture, stability, and total-body strength. Expect to use some equipment like light handweights, bands, balls and rings. No experience required.
Yin
When life’s been go-go-go, this is your purposeful pause. Step into a cozy room lit softly by candlelight and let your whole system exhale. Settle into long-held, floor-based stretches that open your hips, shoulders, and back while your nervous system powers down, you’ll walk out feeling like you finally hit your reset button.
Tide
The sweet spot between movement and stillness. Start with a slow, chaturanga-free flow to soften your edges, then sink into yin poses that release deep tension in your hips, back, and shoulders.
Sound + Meditation Experiences
A 90 minute session designed to help you slow down, tune in, and reconnect — through breath, stillness, and intentional sound. You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and more connected — to yourself and to what matters most.
