A contemporary Lower State Street neighborhood cocktail bar inspired by the fusion of the Golden Age of Cuban cocktails and al fresco drinking. We are driven by coastal influences (due to our proximity to the ocean), local produce, lightly/pleasantly bitter and light/bright cocktails, and blended drinks. Our design captures its position on State Street near the ocean, it’s features of a indoor/outdoor bar, and with an undercurrent of Old World Havana.
