The 17th annual Asian American Film Series continues with a special Night of Shorts at the historic Alhecama Theatre. This unique evening showcases three compelling short films that explore identity, history, family, and culture through distinct storytelling and creative perspectives.
The program features Loving Bing by Isaac Bing Wright, Alec Contestabile, and Dagmarette Yen; Ten Times Better by Jennifer Lin; and Our Faces Will Always Be Japanese: Tsutomu Dyo, Pancho Villa and Civil Disobedience by Brent Winebrenner.
Following the screening, guests are invited to stay for a Q&A with the filmmakers and an outdoor reception. A suggested $5 donation is appreciated, and admission is free for SBTHP members.
