Take a short drive from Santa Barbara to the Santa Ynez Valley for Sedgwick Reserve’s annual Barn Dance, set amid the sprawling 6,000-acre natural reserve. Enjoy a country-style BBQ buffet, local beer and wine, fresh chocolate chip cookies, lemonade and coffee before hitting the dance floor.
Square dance caller Darren Gallina will lead the festivities, welcoming experienced dancers and first-timers alike for an evening of promenades, do-si-dos and plenty of fun.
The annual celebration also supports Sedgwick Reserve’s work in environmental stewardship, education and scientific research.
