Kick off Fiesta season with an evening of history, culture, music, and celebration at the Santa Barbara Historical Museum. Marking the opening of the Museum’s latest Project Fiesta! exhibitions, this festive gathering invites guests to explore more than a century of Old Spanish Days Fiesta traditions while enjoying tacos, cocktails, dancing, and live entertainment.
The evening features performances by the 2026 Spirit and Junior Spirit of Fiesta, Mariachi Sin Fronteras, and Elements Band, along with access to two special exhibitions: Project Fiesta! Arte de los Mantones, showcasing the Museum’s collection of Spanish shawls, and Finding Saint Barbara, which explores the city’s patron saint and her century-long connection to Fiesta celebrations.
Guests are encouraged to arrive in festive Fiesta attire and celebrate one of Santa Barbara’s most cherished traditions.
