Learn about Ancient Grains, Digestion and Organic Farming

Join us on Thursday, May 14, to learn about organic farming at the beautiful Gallup & Stribling Orchids! From 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m., hear from Owner, Christina Wlechi, organic ancient-grain farmer, Brooke Lucy and Aiden Ostrowski, an organic farmer who focuses on regenerative farming, and learn more about gluten sensitivities, ancient grains, organic farming, restorative farming, and einkorn vs. modern wheat. Follow up the informative session with a Q & A paired with Christina’s amazing einkorn baked goods and drinks. Tickets can be purchased for $110 each. A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit the Santa Barbara Culinary Experience in partnership with The Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts.
