Day 3 of the Michelin Chef Series at Bacara wraps the weekend with a relaxed ocean-view brunch featuring a buffet of dishes inspired by Chef Miguel Navarro’s Mediterranean style and the resort’s coastal setting. Guests can enjoy fresh, seasonal selections alongside coastal-inspired beverages available for purchase, all set to live acoustic music that creates a warm, lingering finish to a chef-driven weekend.

The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara Resort introduces this event series, welcoming Michelin-starred Chef Miguel Navarro, Executive Chef of Es Fum at The St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort. Chef Navarro has spent time in several Michelin Star restaurants such as the 3-Michelin-Star Piazza Duomo in Alba, Italy; 3-Michelin-Star Azurmendi in Bilbao, Spain; among others. Known for his Mediterranean approach and focus on seasonal ingredients, Chef Navarro will collaborate alongside The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara’s Executive Chef Roberto Riveros Leyton to create a special weekend of dining that brings together Spanish influences and the spirit of coastal California.
