Immerse yourself in the beauty of the Central Coast at Nature’s Palette, the annual juried fall show presented by SCAPE (Southern California Artists Painting for the Environment). Held in the elegant Lehmann Hall at the Music Academy of the West, this two-day exhibition showcases vibrant local art in support of environmental education nonprofit Explore Ecology. The show opens on Friday, September 12 at 2:00 pm, with a public reception from 5:00 to 6:00 pm. It continues on Saturday, September 13 from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm. Admission is free and all ages are welcome. Free parking is available at the venue.

Juried by renowned local artist and Oak Group member Michael Drury—whose own work will also be on view—the exhibition features paintings inspired by the natural splendor of the Central Coast. Visitors are invited to explore and purchase artworks, knowing their participation directly supports Explore Ecology’s environmental programs for local youth. SCAPE fosters community and artistic development among its members while creating opportunities to support nonprofit environmental causes through art.
