Unwind surrounded by nature during a restorative sound bath and Reiki experience with PALMA Colectiva at Santa Barbara Botanic Garden. Meredith Markworth-Pollack will lead an immersive sound bath inspired by the sounds and rhythms of nature, accompanied by hands-on Reiki with Giuliana Mitchum.
Set against the Garden’s natural backdrop, the experience offers an opportunity to slow down, relax and reconnect through sound, energy work and the surrounding landscape.
All ages are welcome, and all necessary setup is provided. Participants are encouraged to bring a sun hat and water bottle if desired.
