The Santa Barbara Maritime Museum is launching something a little unexpected.
On November 7, SBMM will debut Unscripted Voyages, a new after-hours series combining live improv, ocean science, conservation, storytelling, and audience participation.
Presented in partnership with Protecting Blue Whales and Blue Skies, the event brings professional improvisers together with ocean experts to turn stories from the Santa Barbara Channel into spontaneous live performance.
Scheduled performers include Edi Patterson, Dan O’Connor, Stephen Kearin, Kari Coleman, Ryan Smith, and Lisa Fredrickson. Scheduled performers subject to change.
It’s creative, collaborative, educational—and completely unscripted.
