Celebrate Thanksgiving at Finch + Fork with a festive harvest buffet featuring local farm-fresh ingredients, an abundant raw bar, carving stations with roasted turkey and prime rib, seasonal sides, decadent desserts and all your holiday favorites in a warm, family-style setting.
The Thanksgiving spread includes butternut squash bisque, shrimp cocktail, oysters, tuna tartare, deviled eggs, seasonal salads and a carving station featuring roasted turkey with thyme and rosemary gravy and prime rib with beef jus and horseradish. Round out the feast with whipped potatoes, roasted carrots, grilled broccolini, baked mac and cheese, wild rice, cornbread dressing and an assortment of breads and butters.
Save room for dessert, including mini pumpkin pies, chocolate panna cotta, apple pie tarts, chocolate mousse and freshly baked cookies.
The Thanksgiving Harvest Buffet will be served from noon–7 p.m. Beverages are available for an additional charge.
