From Italy to the Middle East to the American Riviera®, chef Massimo Falsini has worked at MICHELIN-rated hotels and restaurants all over the world. In 2018, he joined forces with Los Angeles visionary Rick J. Caruso. Together, they created Rosewood Miramar Beach’s award-winning culinary program, which includes Caruso’s where he serves as the head chef. Chef Falsini’s Tasting Menu
Chef Falsini’s talents are on full display with his tasting menu, an eight-course culinary journey. The presentation, flavors and ingredients are ever-changing, creating a new gastronomical experience each season that highlights purveyors, including local fishermen, farmers and winemakers. The chef’s tasting dinner is $275 per person; guests can add wine pairings for $195 (traditional) or $345 (elite) per person. Reservations must be made in advance.
