Treat your mom to a special three-course prix fix menu at Opal Restaurant and Bar. A special 3-course prix fixe menu will be available featuring options including opal’s slow roasted short ribs with chipotle honey adobo sauce, or shredded phyllo wrapped fresh Atlantic halibut. End your meal with something sweet, and enjoy a homemade organic strawberry cheesecake with a fresh berry coulis.

There will be two seatings, with a start time between 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., and a start time between 6:45 p.m. and 8:00 p.m..

Opal’s regular menu will also be available on Mother’s Day.
