This immersive series offers an educational and hands-on introduction to sound as a therapeutic modality. Combining scientific understanding with embodied listening, you’ll explore how frequency, instruments, and inner harmonization interact with the nervous system and the body’s innate capacity for balance and restoration.

No prior experience is required — just curiosity, an open mind, and a willingness to explore sound as a pathway to wellness.

Weekly Sessions:

  • Week 1 – Thursday, April 6: The Science of Sound – Discover how frequency and vibration impact the nervous system and physiology. This session blends accessible science with direct experience, allowing participants to feel how sound influences the body, mind, and emotional state through guided listening and experiential sound practices.
  • Week 2 – Thursday, April 13: Energetics of Instruments – Explore crystal bowls and other sound healing instruments as tools for resonance and regulation. Participants deepen their understanding of how different tones, materials, and frequencies interact with the body and energy field, practicing intentional use of instruments to support balance, alignment, and energetic harmony.
  • Week 3 – Thursday, April 20: The Body as an Instrument – Focus inward to experience the body and voice as instruments of healing. Gentle vocal toning and embodied sound practices help participants cultivate self-regulation, expression, and integration, combining the science of sound with instrumental energetics for a practical, embodied understanding of sound healing.
