On April 18, the Sta. Rita Hills Wine Alliance brings Wine & Fire On the Road to the Santa Barbara Historical Museum, where more than 20 wineries pour newly released chardonnays and pinot noirs alongside wood-fired bites, educational seminars and live flamenco in the historic Casa Covarrubias courtyard.

On April 25, the fourth annual Natural Coast Wine Festival highlights and honors wineries and winegrowers dedicated to sustainable viticulture, low-impact winemaking and socially responsible practices across California’s Central Coast. April 25-26, Earth Day — one of the longest-running Earth Day celebrations in the country — returns to Alameda Park with live music, environmental exhibitors, local food vendors and hands-on activities for all ages. The Santa Barbara Literary Festival brings together readers and writers on May 2-3 for storytelling, panels, workshops and pop-up events that celebrate the literary arts while connecting established authors, emerging voices and passionate readers.
